Shipping Policy

Where possible we aim to pack and ship your items with 48 hours of receiving your order. As we handmade almost everything we stock, this may change in busier times!

All items are shipped to the UK using Royal Mail, and Hermes for international orders. At checkout you will be provided two choices for delivery: Fast Track 1-3 working days, or Standard 3-5 working days. Please note these are estimates based on the shipping services, we can not guarantee exact delivery day.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Alchemy of Agni we aim to create and sell products of the highest quality and vibration. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please do get in touch. 


 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition it was received and in its original packaging within 28 days of purchase.


 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We'll also be in touch to let you know about the approval or rejection of your refund, and request details of your preferred method of refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. All postage costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding postage fees.


 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at alchemyofagni@gmail.com 

 

It is SO important that you are happy with your fire ritual items. If there is an error made by Alchemy of Agni, we will do what we can to make it right. Thank you for your support!
