How to use Loose Incense for Ritual

The ceremonial burning of incense is one of mans oldest and most sacred practices. It enables us to focus our spirituality, cleanse our surroundings and connect with the divine.

How to use your Loo

1. Place your ceramic dish on a flat surface and fill the center with approximately 1 Tbsp Salt
   

2. Using a lighter or matches, safely light the edges of your charcoal disk; being mindful of the embers as it sparks alight
   

3. Place the charcoal evenly on top of the salt and leave to heat
   

4. When the edges of the charcoal begin to turn grey, add a pinch of your loose incense in its center.

5. Perform your ritual or mediation as normal, using the rising smoke of the incense to cleanse or send intentions upward to the divine
